To develop and document all Operational processes including evaluation and streamlining of operational
processes, compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Initially to work with the management in the design, development, and implementation of workflow processes, including the development of detailed work flow diagrams Handle loan booking, disbursements, servicing, tax tracking, quality assurance and customer service.
  • To interact with all vendors and manage execution on all aspects of internal and/or vendor system
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules and other key documents for successful execution and on-time delivery
  • Ensure that all operations related documentation is appropriately stored in a Knowledge Management platform to facilitate knowledge sharing and future referencing.
  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/finance or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of consumer loan operations from origination to closure a must.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office, MS Project
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be motivated, able to work in a team environment
  • Self-starters who are persistent and detail oriented
Other Requirements:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling personal loans
  • Good oral and written communication skills
